The Solo Competition is a platform for the promotion of young drummers. The joy of participation is in the foreground. Across the various categories and performance levels, there is a suitable piece for everyone interested.
Each participant can present him/herself in a maximum of two categories in solo and recital. The choice of piece for the recital and solo may not overlap.
The two recital categories can be used to showcase versatility and strength of performance. The future belongs to versatile and flexible percussionists.
Drumset Niveau I & II plays a free improvisation in addition to the mandatory piece. Hand percussion plays an improvisation to the selected basic groove.
